This page covers the text message reminder service in general. If you signed up for reminders through your doctor’s office, your personalized prep guide and videos live on your practice’s own EZColonPrep site, not here.

To find it, check the link in your reminder text messages, or look at the prep instructions your doctor’s office gave you for the exact web address. It usually looks like ezcolonprep.com/[your practice name].

How to Stop Text Message Reminders

To opt out immediately:

Reply STOP to any text message you received from us. Your opt-out takes effect immediately, and no further reminders will be sent after that.

You can also contact us directly at support@ezcolonprep.com and we will remove you manually.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your access to the EZColonPrep prep guide or videos. You still receive the full platform experience.

After You Text STOP

You’ll receive one automatic confirmation reply immediately after texting STOP:

“You have been unsubscribed from notifications. To resume, reply START.”

If you stopped by accident, reply START to the same number and you’ll receive:

“You have been resubscribed to notifications. Reply STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply.”

Otherwise, the STOP confirmation is the last message you’ll receive for this procedure.

Getting Help with Your Reminders

If you have a question about your reminders — for example, if you received a message that seemed unexpected, if you’d like to change your phone number or email, or if you have any other concern — you can:

Reply HELP to any text message. You’ll receive:
“For help, visit ez-notify.com/help. Reply STOP to opt out.”
Email us at support@ezcolonprep.com

Please note that EZColonPrep support is not a medical helpline. For questions about your colonoscopy preparation or procedure, contact your doctor’s office directly.

Your Reminder Schedule

If you enrolled in reminders, you will receive up to 6 messages related to your procedure: reminders in the days leading up to it, plus a brief follow-up afterward. They are timed around your procedure date:

7 days before: Prep checklist and medication instructions

5 days before: Blood thinner guidance (if applicable)

Day before: Bowel prep instructions and timing

Night before: Evening prep reminders

Morning of: Final checklist and arrival details

Day after: A short note inviting your feedback

After your procedure, you will receive one final message inviting you to share your feedback. The reminder sequence then ends automatically.
